The last thing you want on your wedding day is to worry about every little detail of your reception (the week of your wedding will be stressful enough as it is). What we strive to do at Let the Music Play, is make all of our wedding receptions completely stress free and fun for the bride and groom. Our goal is for you and your families to feel like a guest at your own party. We will go over all of the music and final details 10 days to 2 weeks before your reception. Once the reception begins, we'll do all the work and you can relax and have a good time.

For every wedding reception we supply and Emcee and Disc Jockey (2 person show). The Emcee will take care of all the formalities and will coordinate with the photographer, banquet staff, videographer, or whoever is involved, to make sure everything will run a smooth and timely course.

All music selections are completely up to you and your guests. We have over 15,000 titles in our CD music library from Big Band to Salsa, 50's & 60's, Rock, Country, Alternative, Motown, Old School, Disco, Hip Hop, and all current top 40. Our goal is to play a variety of all styles of music for all age groups and tastes--nonstop, and we warmly accept requests. Also, if there are any specific songs, artists, or styles of music you do not want played at your reception, we would need to know those as well.

Most importantly, we are very flexible in our approach to each reception. We want your reception to be the exact way you want it. Keep in mind, not everyone likes the same types of things. What we do for weddings or any other function, can vary greatly depending on the client. Whether you want a classy formal reception or a crazy out of control party or a combination of both, is up to you. Our performance can range from just playing music and making minimal announcements, to doing many interactive activities with the crowd (i.e. YMCA, Electric Slide, Congo line, Chicken Dance, etc...).
